Board members present: Rev. Jackie Carter, Kim Roseberry, Stev Overstreet, Teal Pearson, Karen Rowland, Tracy Blomgren, Bob Sawyer
Board members absent: Dennis Reimer, Jody Dorman, Amie Ross
Moderator Rev. Carter called the meeting to order at 12:50 p.m. Opening prayer.
There was no need for an Executive Session.
The meeting adjourned with prayer at 2:00 p.m. The next meeting will be after service 12 November,.

Table of Hope MCC's annual Gratitude Gala will being with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, at the Museum of World Treasures, 835 E. 1st St.. Dinner at 7:15, $30. This annual event gives us the opportunity to thank our community partners, celebrate our successes for the yera, and look forwrd to launching a capital campaign to install a lift that will allow everyone to attend activities in the sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. The party begins with cocktails at 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7:15pm. There will be a thank you presentation and silent auction. RSVP deadline is Jan. 21. Come party with us!
B &B Bingo, 1010W. 41th St. South, is spilitting profits of Thursday and Saturday night games with Table of Hope MCC-- another way for us to earn additional money for the food pantry. If you would like to join one of the teams now learning new skills, sign up with Pastor Jackie. A Bingo shift begins between 4 and 5:30 PM and ends at 9:30. The work isn't hard, but it requires training and practice. The plan is to have enough teams in place by Nov. 2 to limit shifts to once every other week. (Twice a month.)

PDI Bingo, 1010 W. 41st St. South, will split profits from Thursday and Saturday nights with Table of Hope MCC 's Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry. Come to play. Volunteer to help. Either way, this is an easy way to have a fun evening and support the pantry at the same time. Games start at 6 p.m.
